It appears many females from the blogging community are sporting New Balance running shoes – and not for the gym.
The brand has seen a huge rise of popularity recently, and I for one love what they have to offer.
So I did it, I jumped on the bandwagon – but I’ve been wanting a pair for a while (since September) and needed to wait for Christmas to ask for a pair. I have not been sensible with my clothing budget this year… However, Santa was kind and stopped by Urban Outfitters (the shoes I wanted are techinically men’s but with a size 7 foot, this is no problem!) I wanted a neutral colourway, that would work with a number of outfits. My very lovely friend, an employee of UO, searched high and low throughout the UK in several stores for these sneakers and triumphantly found a pair. Woo!
The shoes are made in Flimby in the UK – take a look at this video… it’s clear to see the attention to detail, and love and care that goes into making them…

When I hit Aussie shores next month (I’m moving to Sydney, but more on that to follow) I too can bare my legs and wear them with skirts and denim cut-offs but for now it’s skinny jeans and the threat of soggy feet from the snow.

Holly I only just bought some new trainers and now I am considering these too… :\
They are super comfy! But I can’t wear them in the rain and snow because they are suede… I’m sure Ellie can use her discount for you
